On 19 April begins the appeal process against 7 anti-fascists from Stuttgart in front of the Stuttgart Regional Court. Them an attack on 5-Nazi NPD is accused of occurred in a Nazi concert 2007 in Sindelfingen. In a scandalous process in the first instance more years in prison and probation sentences were imposed on the accused. As with the previous process, it is now building a strong anti-fascist solidarity work!
The background
On 16 February 2007 organized the regional NPD in Sindelfingen near Stuttgart conspiratorial a "carnival concert" with a performance by the nationally known Nazi songwriter Frank Rennick. The actual venue - the stadium's restaurant VfL Sindelfingen - was kept secret by the city administration and police. Only a short term or successful research work could get anti-fascists on the same evening to the scene. There they were finally received by a large contingent of police, with checks sent vexatious coated with police escort and then by train back to Stuttgart.
Later Evening occurred even an anti-fascist attack on 5-Nazi NPD, in which they treat injuries sustained a few bruises. A short time later the police had picked up 7 of the Anti-fascists in their car, arrested and accused of the deed.

The first process
The case against the accused Antifas followed in September 2008. As might be expected, the 2 days lined up process before the Böblingen district court seamlessly with the past practice of the organs of repression. The prosecution was expected to support a court order to enforce harsh verdicts against all defendants. Thus ended the farce province for 3 of the defendants with imprisonment of up to 2 years and 4 months, the remaining 4 were given several months' imprisonment, which were exposed to 3 years probation.
The lawyers of the defendants participated in a clearly political judgment, not closed and went to appeal. The next procedure is now the case be rolled up on a higher instance, in the Stuttgart District Court, from scratch.

To illustrate this and to bring the necessary solidarity with the accused expressed a number of anti-fascists, the two days guided process before the Böblingen district court complex with protests in front and in the courtroom. With announcements and demonstrations, they highlighted the political nature of the process, the function was apparently active in the criminalization, and intimidation of anti-fascists.
The court did not continue to help themselves than with controls, proceed constant threats, administrative fines and charges against the expressions of solidarity in order to prevent this - a project which proved to be a clear success.
